SEO contract: the main terms
The SEO contract terms are set out on this page, so you can read each one before you sign. The contract is between your business and trueSEO, an SEO agency in Tbilisi.
The main terms of the contract
- The price is 2,000 GEL a month, the same for every client. The price agreed in the contract does not rise.
- The month includes the five directions, baseline AI visibility and local SEO with the Google Business Profile.
- Links that can be earned or listed without payment are included. Paid links are used only if your site needs them, after we raise it with you.
- Each month is paid in advance, at its start.
- We recommend 3 to 4 months. You can stop at any time, with no notice period.
- Every month you get a report and a review call.
- trueSEO makes the changes on the site, with your access. Your own developer can take our tasks instead.
- VAT is added as the law requires if trueSEO becomes a VAT payer.
The consultation credit
The 1,500 GEL fee for the SEO consultation is credited in full to month one of the monthly work.
The credit applies when monthly work starts within 30 days of the call where we hand over the plan. After 30 days, the credit lapses.
Your accounts and confidentiality
Your Search Console, Analytics and site admin accounts stay yours. We receive user access only, and the reports come from your own Search Console.
Your business name, your location and the exact searches your site ranks for stay confidential. Personal data from the site's forms is covered by our Privacy policy, which applies across the whole site.
