SEO case studies: one client project and its figures

This SEO case study shows the full figures of a client's new site, live since March 2026. Google Search and Google Business Profile figures are shown separately.

Work on this project began on a new site, from zero. Fixing an existing site and building a new one are different tasks.

Google Search: March to September 2026

Monthly clicks from Google Search grew from 13 in March to 559 in September 2026, 43 times more. Monthly impressions grew from 226 to 14,205, 63 times more.

The site runs in three languages: Georgian, English and Russian. 62% of the clicks from search go to the English and Russian pages.

The project is in Google's top 3 for its main commercial search term. We do not name that term here, and the reason is below.

Google Business Profile: May to September 2026

Monthly calls from the profile grew from 7 in May to 43 in September, 6 times more. In total, the profile brought 109 calls in 5 months, May to September.

What we did on this project

The work ran in stages, from the first month. Each stage handed the client something concrete. Our page on how we work shows the same shape for a new client.

  • Start (March and April 2026)A full audit of the site and keyword research in three languages. Each category got a main page and each service its own page. Then the site opened to Google.
  • Technical work (April to August)One system for the sitemap, tags and structured data replaced a heavy plugin. Unneeded URLs were closed and old ones redirected.
  • Three languages (April, May, October)Each language got its own folder, translated URLs and exact terms. The English and Russian pages got their own content. Later, the Russian version was rewritten in natural grammar.
  • Content and a wider structure (July to September)A topical map built from search data showed the structure should grow, so a new category was added. All Georgian copy was rewritten, and prices now come from one source.
  • Monthly review (every month)Every month we check the changes that went live and keep what works.

How these figures are counted

Every figure here covers a full calendar month, and we fill in no missing days. You can run the same test on your own site: the page on how to know if SEO is working explains it.

Why the client's name is not here

We do not publish client data on our site. The name, the district and the exact search terms would give the client's competitors a ready guide.

On a call, we show you the client's live figures, and you see every figure yourself. Write to us to book a call.
